For more than a century, Rico’s Smokehouse Pub has been Pullman’s living room—a laid-back spot to eat, drink, and linger in the heart of historic downtown. We’re family-friendly during the day and early evening, and welcome minors until 8:00 pm.
Our full menu is served daily until 11:00 pm, with a late-night bar menu available until 1:00 am (2:00 am on Fridays and Saturdays). You’ll find classic burgers, deli sandwiches, and flavorful salads available every day, plus a weekend brunch—alongside a deep whiskey & Scotch list, rotating taps, and classic cocktails.
Rico’s is built for hanging out. Guests can grab a book from the shelves, play board and arcade games, or enjoy a few rounds on our three well-maintained coin-operated pool tables. We feature live jazz and blues throughout the week—call ahead to see who’s playing next.
Weekly traditions
Monday – Open Mic: Pullman’s longest-running open mic, welcoming local musicians, poets, and performers.
Tuesday – Trivia for a Cause: One of Pullman’s longest-running trivia nights, with prizes and rotating community beneficiaries.
Friday – Live Music: A rotating lineup of jazz, blues, and local bands to kick off the weekend.
Whether you’re here for a quiet pint, a game of pool, a night of live music, or just a place to unwind, you’re always welcome to settle in and stay awhile.
